Video is recorded differently in other countries. If you have a video from a foreign country, or plan to send a tape somewhere outside the United States, it's likely that "the video must be converted to be played" in that country.

Conversion of your video requires very accurate instructions. With the proper instructions, our Technicians will complete your order as requested.

Tape Length - PAL or SECAM tapes/DVD's that are over 2 hours in length will be converted and recorded at the best possible quality and speed allowed from the original. If possible, Conversions will be on same number of tapes as the originals.

Additional Tapes - Order may require additional tapes/hours. For example, an E180 tape (PAL or SECAM) may require 3 hours of recording to our system in the SP speed. Conversion will be made on 2 VHS tapes, or 1 DVD, up to 4 hours.

Tape Speed - Due to significant signal loss from some poor-quality originals, we only tape in the best quality speed (SP) unless original is very high quality or customer requests that conversion be completed on one tape and accepts lesser-quality.
